How to write Regarding temporary withdrawal for University

To, Date- The Head and Dean/ DRC Chairman Faculty of Commerce BHU, Varanasi, U.P. Subject: Regarding temporary withdrawal Respected Sir, I am Kumar Tiwari, pursuing Ph.D. program from the Faculty of Commerce, BHU (Term- September 2020, Fee deposited on 26a-11-2021), under the supervision of Prof. S.C. Das, faculty of Commerce, BHU, Varanasi. Sir, now I have been selected as an Assistant professor at S.D. College, Muzaffarnagar through UPHESC. I will be joining the service on 16- June 2022 after completing the coursework examination held on 13th and 15th June 2022. Therefore, I want to take a temporary withdrawal for one year, for the period starting from 16- June 2022 to 15- June 2023. Therefore, I request you to kindly grant me a temporary withdrawal for the aforementioned period.
